Fair Housing Training

Description

The Alaska REALTORS® is excited to bring to members a FREE 2-Hour (DCE) course to meet the NEW required Fair Housing training “Business Risk Management: The Power of Words and Inclusive Practices." The class does meet state requirements for Fair Housing as well. The content is aligned with both Alaska state requirements and NAR Fair Housing standards, with a focus on risk reduction, language, and inclusive practices in real estate transactions.

The training meets the Cycle-8 requirement for NAR Fair Housing (January 1, 2025 with a deadline of December 31, 2027). For those of you who have not taken this class - now is your chance, in-person only.
