Description

The 2026 Alaska REALTOR® State Convention will take place September 16–18, 2026, at the Hotel Captain Cook in Anchorage. REALTORS® and affiliates from every part of Alaska are invited to come together for three exciting days of education, networking, and inspiration.

This year’s theme, “The Time Is Now,” captures the urgency and momentum driving our industry forward. It’s a call to action—to learn, connect, and lead with purpose as we strengthen our community and prepare for the opportunities ahead.

Sponsorship opportunities are now open. Convention registration is planned to open February 2nd.

The Hotel Captain Cook

The room block is open. The room rate is $199 per night plus tax. Book early for remodeled rooms.

Pricing

Realtor® Member Base Price $550  - Pricing includes all meetings, events, education credits for classes, meals, etc.  

Affiliate Business Partners Member Base Price $450  - Includes all meetings, events, meals, etc. No education credit will be offered. 

After August 31st, at the door registration applies, if space permits: Realtors® $650 and Affiliates $550.

NO REFUNDS after August 31st. No refunds will be made for no-shows or weather.
